Thank you for shopping at Aroma Lounge . We are committed to delivering your perfumes to you in a safe and timely manner. Please read our shipping policy below:
Shipping Locations:
We currently ship to all locations within Sri Lanka. If you're outside Sri Lanka, please contact us directly for international shipping inquiries.
Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 4-5 business days from the date of purchase.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- You can have your orders placed through our personal service, even on weekends, in very urgent situations.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return and send you a replacement or refund based on the circumstances.
Shipping Delays:
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, high demand during holidays, or logistical issues. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Return and Exchange Policy:
- Perfume Returns: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened perfumes unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Unopened Perfumes: You may return unopened perfumes within 1 day of receipt for a refund or exchange.
